- AACO 55th Annual General Meeting will be held at the "Conrad Etihad Towers" hotel in Abu Dhabi - UAE on 24 - 26 October 2022, by kind invitation of Mr. Tony Douglas / Group Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the 55th AGM.

- The  Opening of AACO 55th AGM will take place at the "Louvre Abu Dhabi" on Monday 24 October at 20:00.

- The start of 55th AGM Working Sessions will take place at the "Conrad Etihad Towers hotel at "level P4 – Ballroom" on Tuesday 25 October at 09:00 a.m.

- The Closing Dinner will take place at the "Emirates Palace" on Tuesday 25 October at 20:30.

- Etihad Airways will organize a Networking to "Qasr Al Watan" on Wednesday 26 October 2022.

- Registration will take place on the 24th of October starting at 10:00 a.m. at the "Conrad Etihad Towers" hotel at "level P4 - Foyer Area".

- Badges must be collected from the registration desk.

- Your badge is the confirmation that you are a registered delegate.

- Your badge must be worn for admission to the secure areas of the AGM and all AGM social events.

Networking Trip:
Etihad Airways will organize a Networking Trip on Wednesday 26  October 2022.

N.B: Kindly be advised that the return from the networking trip will be at 18:00. Accordingly, we would appreciate taking care of the necessary arrangements directly with the hotel regarding your departure time.

Please note that based on the Executive Committee decision, AACO 55th AGM working papers will no longer be distributed in hard copy, except for the AACO members CEOs who request to receive a printed copy of all materials and documentations. Accordingly, if you wish to receive a hard copy please contact us at [email protected].

Etihad Airways will provide transportation for all delegates during the AGM only between Abu Dhabi International Airport and the "Conrad Etihad Towers" hotel. Moreover, buses will be arranged to transport delegates between the "Conrad Etihad Towers" hotel and the AGM functions (Opening, Closing Dinner and Networking Trip).

In order to secure transportation for your arrival and departure, flight details should be provided during the AGM registration.

- The Dress code for the Opening and Working Sessions is Formal Attire.

- The Dress code for the Closing Dinner is Smart Casual.
