Functions:
AACO 49th Annual General Meeting will be held at the “Hyatt Regency Hotel” in Casablanca - Morocco on 28-30 November 2016, by kind invitation of Mr. Abdelhamid Addou, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Royal Air Maroc and Chairman of the 49th AGM.
The Opening Ceremony will take place at “Mechouar” on the evening of Monday 28 November. The Working Sessions will take place at “Hyatt Regency Tent - Chapiteau” on Tuesday 29 November, and the Gala Dinner will be in the evening at the “Sofitel Hotel”. Royal Air Maroc will organize a Networking Trip to Rabat on Wednesday 30 November 2016.
Transportation:
Royal Air Maroc will provide transportation for all delegates between the airport and the hotel during the AGM. Moreover, buses will be arranged to transport delegates from the hotel to the opening ceremony and the networking trip. Kindly be advised that the return from the networking trip on 30 November 2016 will be around 19:00. Accordingly, we would appreciate taking care of the necessary arrangements directly with the hotel regarding your departure time.
