Sponsorship:
AACO Industry Partners can participate in sponsoring AACO 57th AGM events and functions.

Guidelines: 
The Sponsorship contribution to AACO Annual General Meeting, which is hosted by Royal Jordanian, is in four categories: Platinum Sponsorship, Gold Sponsorship, Silver Sponsorship, and Bronze Sponsorship.

Sponsorship Categories and Benefits: 

Platinum Sponsorship (50.000 USD): 

• Designation and recognition as an AACO AGM sponsor throughout the conference
• Opportunity to have flyers or corporate brochures at special tables in the foyer of the working sessions
• Opportunity to have a branded booth with a 50' display screen to showcase sponsor products /services
• Announcement of AGM sponsor on AACO social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
• Announcement of AGM sponsor on AACO AGM mobile App and giant screen
• The opportunity to provide any gifts or giveaways
• Due consideration in terms of priority seating for all sponsors. However, for Platinum sponsors, they will receive priority seating at the events they are sponsoring
• Logo to appear on a giant screen on main stage at the working session
• Verbal credits by the host or MC
• Allocation of 6 seats at the allocated sponsor's table during the opening dinner and closing dinner

Gold Sponsorship (20.000USD): 

• Designation and recognition as an AACO AGM sponsor throughout the conference
• Opportunity to have flyers or corporate brochures at special tables in the foyer of the working sessions
• Opportunity to have a branded booth with a 50' display screen to showcase sponsor products /services
• Announcement of AGM sponsor on AACO social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
• Announcement of AGM sponsor on AACO AGM mobile App and giant screen
• Due consideration in terms of priority seating
• Logo to appear on a giant screen on main stage at the working session
• Verbal credits by the host or MC
• Allocation of 4 seats at the allocated sponsor's table during the opening dinner and closing dinner 
  
  

Silver Sponsorship (10.000USD): 

• Designation and recognition as an AACO AGM sponsor throughout the conference
• Opportunity to have a branded booth with a 50' display screen to showcase sponsor products/services
• Announcement of AGM sponsor on AACO social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
• Announcement of AGM sponsor on AACO AGM mobile App and giant screen
• Logo to appear on a giant screen on main stage at the working session
• Verbal credits by the host or MC
• Allocation of 3 seats at the allocated sponsor's table during the opening dinner and closing dinner 

Bronze Sponsorship (5.000USD): 

• Designation and recognition as an AACO AGM sponsor throughout the conference
• Announcement of AGM sponsor on AACO social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
• Announcement of AGM sponsor on AACO AGM mobile App and giant screen
• Verbal credits by the host or MC
• Allocation of 2 seats at the allocated sponsor's table during the opening dinner and closing dinner

*Seating during the AGM working sessions is done in alphabetical order and by AACO membership category in line with AACO Rules & Regulations

**Sponsors’ delegates are allowed to participate at the AGM and at all plenary sessions (open sessions only) and AGM functions in line with AACO Rules & Regulations
