AGM functions will be convened at the Intercontinental Citystars Hotel (5 stars), we have blocked a number of rooms & suites at the meeting venue, also we have blocked a number of rooms at the Holiday Inn Citystars hotel (4 stars), noting that the Intercontinental Hotel and the Holiday Inn Hotel are located at the same complex. Bookings shall be made at first come first served basis. Room reservations shall be made by maximum 22 September at both hotels, after that time all rooms will be released. Any room reservation made or requested after that date will be subject to hotel confirmation. Hence, delegations who register beyond that date will have to undertake their own hotel arrangements after 22 September as this will be a high season period for the hotels in Cairo.
